This course is for Scrum Masters who are already working in an organization that utilizes SAFe and are already using their skills to coach their teams to delivering business outcomes. This course focuses on building on that foundation and helps SAFe Scrum Masters improve their facilitation and coaching skills, avoid delivery antipatterns, and develop a team culture of continuous improvement. Learning on how to apply Lean, Kanban, DevOps, and SAFe principles to improve team and business outcomes are provided. Key Agile and SAFe event facilitation for both in-person and remote attendees is covered.
